One of the many things I love about Lake Powell are its sunsets.   Boating on Lake Powell at dusk time is some of the best times of day to enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Gun Sight Butte, Castle Rock and other famous mountains of Lake Powell. Here are a few of my favorite sunsets.

My annual Lake Powell trip this year occurred in June 2011.  It was a fun time for all, even though the first few days the wind picked up at night blowing sand for miles!
